Recharge

Monday is always a recharge for me, either physically or mentally after a hardwork in the weekends. Nevertheless, I almost wasted every Monday, watching TV, playing games and surfing blindlessly on the net. Sometimes, I will help to pay some bills after waking up and having my breakfast. And most of the time, playing with my pet cats and dogs and chatting with my mom relating the working experience and life experience.

I found that a day off is really not enough to boost me up. Especially when u work 2 job at the same time. It is really tiring, and make me really feel like having a vacation, leaving all the work loads behind. Working with children are fun, but with naughty one, they can really stranggle u, and stress u up *_* And, when u feel like scolding them, or hold their ear, well, that really doen't work for me. Cos, i don't feel like scolding them "really" into their face, and i only use the "minim-est" strengh to hold their ear. They are back to their normal way again after all the "effort" i've done. Unlike my collegue, whom is so experience in handling children (former kindergarten teacher). With a natural born "strict" appearance, and a "strict and firm" voice, all the children are really scare of her. Haha. I really try to learn from her; she is so professional indeed. But sometime, i think she is a bit too strict. Personally, i felt that she isn't really being observant enough, not saying that i am more capable in this, but, well, children are really emotional. In general, they are all same. But, they are all different individual from a different family background, education, teaching, culture and belief. Some of the time, i felt that her words are too harsh, even myself cannot bare it. I remembered a parent called and complain about that. In the end, the little girl choose to not having her to teach... I do not know how to say, but we did have a discussion after the incident occured... More motivation instead of scolding, unless they are being naughty, running around and never do their work.

I just wish to learn more about children's behavior, and how i can contribute to invest their future along this line. I hope i can do better from time to time, when i was here, working as a teacher ^-^
